Body By Queen’s Body Waist Beads were created to  provide Queens with the feeling of empowerment. Waist beads serve as tools for body awareness, helping monitor changes in weight and posture. They sit higher on the waist or feel tighter when weight is gained and feel looser, falling further down to the hips, when weight is lost.
